First Time to Veterinary Clinic
In The Name of Allah, The Most Merciful and The Most Gracious
Assalamualaikum, people. How are you doing?
I actually in my way to write up my assignment but I still haven't get any idea what to write but I do have idea what to write here. It has been a while I didn't post anything here, almost half year yeah. So let's just jump to our main topic then I can continue doing my assignment. Hopefully I'll get some ideas what to write for my assignment after posting this post. Amin.
So today I went to Veterinary Clinic with my kittens; Pupa, Baby and Bobo including their mummy, Athena. Those names are not from me except Pupa and Baby. But I changed Baby name as for today because it seems weird if I said his name is Baby. So I changed to Didi, yeah following Claire's cat name. Since total lockdown will be happen, so it better to bring them early plus their 'kurap' kind a worst. They just 5 months, born in January same as me, yeayyy. Actually the youngest kitty, Pupe died due to parasite worm 2 weeks ago. Kinda missing her here but life must goes on right? I still have 3 kitties alive.
When I on the way to the clinic, Athena meowing a loud, maybe because she remembered the moment she was given to other which is my dad. And guess what, she pee and poop in the carrier. I was holding my laugh at that time because my dad started anger, finding where can be clean up her poop before arriving at the clinic. I thought only human afraid to go to clinic, but cats too. I burst in laugh when I told this story to my sister. Really unpredictable.
Luckily when we arrived at the clinic, Athena and kitties well-behave. Just silence and sit well in their carrier. Same goes when the check-up. Really polite and manja. They just having injection for their kurap and they will have 3 doses, with a week gap. After that, I planned to get them vaccinated, this happened after Caca was infected by Parlo Virus which at that time he only have 50% chances to alive. But a lot praises to Allah, Caca is fully cure now. Side information, if your cat infected with Parlo Virus, please isolate him away from other cat as this virus same like Corona, it threated and kill and also infectious. So please, if you realise some changes on your cat like sleep all day, hiding, doesn't have appetited to eat, directly bring it to veterinarian.
The feeling of bringing cats to the clinic gave me the aura of motherhood. When I utter their name, stated their age and how well they are remind me that they are my responsibilities to take care of. Now I understood how Claire's feeling when she brought her cats to veterinary.
Here are new knowledge that I got from the veterinary;
1. Please inform the doctor if your cat pregnant. This is because the doctor won't know. There are some medicines that not suitable for pregnant cat.
2. If you plan to vaccinated your cat, please ensure that your cat is fully healthy, no worms, no kurap.
I guess that's all for this post. Take care everyone and stay safe okay. Ouh, please don't do panic buying okay!
